How long does it take to ship your products?

We need 1 to 3 days to process your order and then 7 to 14 days to deliver it.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, at least that is our goal. We deliver all over the world.

 

 

 

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Switzerland, near Bern. Our international warehouse is in China.

 

Some items are missing from my order , what happens?

Our products are shipped separately after your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will likely arrive shortly.

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to the following email address: info@heysei.com and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

 

I haven't received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can always track your order and see where it is. If you still think you need help tracking your package or you would like to know more about it, please contact us by email at: info@heysei.com.

 

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items. If you still want a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment provided the dispute is made within 30 days of receipt and the product or products are not sold out.
