Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Personalized items

Please note that there is no legal obligation to return custom-made products (e.g., jewelry with a personalized photo or engraving). However, we offer you the option of voluntary return within 30 days. Since personalized items cannot be resold, we will refund 80% of the purchase price. For non-personalized items, a full refund ( 100% ) will be issued.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt. Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you.
The refund will then be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Delayed or missing refunds

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for a refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing time.
  4. If you have not received a refund after following these steps, please contact us at info @heysei .com .

Exchange

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us pictures of the damaged item in advance to info@heysei.com . We will respond as soon as possible and provide the shipping address.


Shipment

First, you must contact us via email (including pictures of the item in case of defects). After our confirmation, we will immediately send you the shipping address via email.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item; shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery times for an exchanged item may vary depending on your location.

If you're shipping products valued at more than €75 or CHF75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the return shipment.
