Q: How exactly does the projection technology work?

The projection technology works through a special lens in the pendant that magnifies and makes your uploaded image visible when light hits it. You can view it by shining light through the pendant or projecting it against a light surface, a unique and magical way to capture memories!

Q: Which photo files/formats are best?

It is best to use a JPG or PNG up to 15 MB. A square (1:1) format is ideal, but you can also upload a different one - we will then crop it to fit (just remember this when uploading). Our jewelry is mainly made of high-quality 925 silver or nickel-free stainless steel. Both materials are known for their skin-friendliness and are ideal for sensitive skin. The material of each product is clearly stated in the product description so that you are always well informed.

Q: Is there a guarantee on the products?

Yes, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Defect: Please send us photos of the defect. We will check it and arrange a free replacement. Returns (personalized items): Since personalized items are not legally returnable, we voluntarily offer you a partial refund of 80% of the purchase price if you return the product to us within 30 days. Returns (non-personalized items): You can return non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt. Once we have inspected the goods, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to your original payment method.
