Do you ship worldwide?
We are currently focusing on the following regions:

Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Switzerland, near Bern. International orders are mainly shipped from China to their destinations.
Some items are missing from my order , what happens?
Our products are shipped separately after your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to the following email address: info@heysei.com and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
I haven't received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may be a little delayed due to customs clearance. If you would like to know more about the status of your package, please contact us by email at info@heysei.com.
Do you have a refund policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are happy to help you with any questions or problems regarding your order.
• Personalized items : Returns are not required by law. However, we voluntarily offer you the option of returning your product within 30 days. Since personalized items are made individually for you and cannot be resold, we will refund 80% of the purchase price in this case.
• Non-personalized items : You can return non-personalized items within 30 days and receive a 100% refund.
